So i used the search function but didn't find what i'm looking for. Is there any "loot list"? That kind of list where i can find a encounter near XY to get weapon XY?

Is there something like this?

As wanderers who wander the waste, isnt it kind of lame that a certain loot / encounter type is 100% restricted to whatever area?

Really? are the yakuza too scared to go travel somewhere else?

I know right?  Although it makes sense why many would stick around certain areas mainly, but you should have a very small chance to encounter anything anywhere just for Dynamic wandering effect.

There is not any specific encounters to find sniper rifles; BUT you can find sometimes Mercenaries in caves, who have sniper rifles and 14mm pistols with 60% deterioration. i found one a bit north of Vault 13 recently. So you'll have to check caves (watch out for them Deathclaws, i hear they can rip a man in half in a flash)
