So... there is some strange guy named GoodOldLag, and in this story, we find out about him.

LagMaster:

-Greetings everyone again, well, is time to explain those strange terms mentioned in the last transmision.
-So America is not the only land, there are other lands too, like Europe.
-Is a little bit bigger than America and the European people where talking more languages, they where separeted in states.

-Well some where using the same, but yeah, ech of them had there own language.
-Now what is with GoodOldLag.
-He is the oldest but newest member of The LagMasters and it looks like he is not American, he is from a small state in Europe.
-So LagMaster told us to go and explore, but i was not able to go beacuse i have to stay near the Khans.
-And i must wach over for the remnants of The Enclave.
-So we stayed to tell over there story to you, wastelanders, now we are in a hurry, we are low on food...
