Nevertheless, good idea. Those bulletin boards could be used to basically all kinds of messages from wanted signs to barter offers. The problem is that the board is very small. Not many people would fit next to it and they would be easy targets to thievery and bombing. There's nothing wrong with stealing from vulnerable targets but that would cause people not to use those boards.

Other way is you pay to the mayor of the city xx caps for each text line you want to write (that lower spam).
The text will be erased passed 24h real time (that limit number of post on the board).

If a gang control the town, he can "moderate" the board by erasing some message.

Just make leader of gang that controls city to be able to modify board. Simple.

I think it is important that people who dont have gang can use it, for trading offers or other post.
