Have an algorithm that gives you a reroll if you fail, under the following circumstances:

You failed the previous roll.
You have Healer.
You have Medic.
You have Living Anatomy.
You are Skilled.
You are Good Natured.

All stack. (Even multiples levels of perk, if applicable.)

So you get lots of potential rerolls.

Also each one bumps the minimum effectiveness by say 3% of Doc/FA skill, whichever is being used, so really low rolls are upgraded in any event.

Nice compromise?

It makes luck skill too important for medics IMO.

As was the case with the original Fallouts, which is even more so, than what we have in 2238.

Maybe perk like Medic , living anatomy, healer, may give a +1 bonus to luck for the fumble check (mx luck 10 as ever)

This sounds really good, Scratch Good Natured though, maybe.  Being Good natured doesn't make more or less to make a failure :/.

Yeah, this game depends a lot on random luck... On a 1lk char (1% crit chance) I did 2 crits in a row once, I survived encounters because of the 5% miss chance everyone has.

I've done 5 burst crits in a row with 1 luck....  And done one insta kill with a single shot on some guy xD.

Luck works in mysterious ways....

carry some stimpaks with you in emergencies.

As I said, carry stimpaks, use FA first, if you get weakened, use doc, check your FA timer, if it is low enough, wait for it to disapear, if it's too long use stimpaks.

You always have a chance to critical fail 5% times -  your luck is checked, if the Luck roll fails it's critical fail.
Are you sure about this ? Afaik, luck affects only minimum HP healed.

On the contrary, dont forget that there are critical successes, which net you skill = hp healed.

Fonline must be a grieving game!

As previously posted the chance to fail is the same regardless of your skill.

My suggestion is to decrease crit failing with higher skill. It just feels unjust for all those points spent in the non-combat skill.
