I like the idea of cumulating the cooldown.

But i'm suggesting to lower the amount healed, instead of applying the cap. Whis is in fact already there, because you can't have more than 300% FA.

It could also make some use for http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Healer perk (if the bonus was boosted a bit)

Why not, yes. This has to be balanced after testing... Depends on where is the cap too, we don't want someone being able to give you +100 hp three times in a row :P

Yes. Mostly because it would be nice to heal more than one merc at a time after a battle.

Imho, the only thing Doc/Fa need right now are to be enabled in turnbased somehow.
