Vendors have been cleaned of caps throughout the wasteland.

Don't mix peoples' money in the bank, If I put in 30,000 caps I want to be able to take out 30,000. Obviously its broken, it needs to be fixed ASAP. I saw Surf in NCR yesterday with 10000 HP. That means you Devs can replenish the money supply with a keystroke.

Theres about 50 of us that are fed up with this banking bullshit. We will leave and you can find new beta testers.

Yesterday in NCR I was trying to withdraw a measly 420 caps. But it wouldn't let me, saying they don't have enough funds.

Now that they removed the interest rate I see no reason why they cant just make 1 account and put some millions so others can withdraw

They said that without interest banks would regain the caps, but it's the opposite, people are now trying to take their caps out so the banks are always dry

Amount of Surf Solar's Hit Points doesn't affect amount of caps in banks. Checked twice, to be sure.

Beta testers, you say. I see one person who just can't live without his pixel-monnies. But i know beta testers that are laughting from themselves after realizing they have caps only in bankrupt banks. They moved forward and just wait til banks will get real caps again. Didn't saw any of them spawning melodramatic threads.

Merlin you talk about being a beta tester yet i looked over all your posts...2/3 or more of them are just you bitching about a feature how about you make suggestions in the suggestions forum and be a real beta tester and i mean REAL suggestions not this POS that his been gone over 50 times. BETA TEST don't cry about not getting all your kewl gold lootz. It's quite possible that factions put so much in that they gained enough interest to put the bank in bankruptcy when they pulled it out, it takes aprox 35 or so days to make double your money, this wipe has been going on for what...6? months do the math. Players abused it now all players get to suffer. I for one am happy that the dev's are not bailing out the banks and BETA testers need to learn the consequences of their actions The bank crash helped the game go forward because the devs know the problems it caused and will undoubtedly make changes.

You are not trolling and its stupid seeing the same thing said over and over again. Bailing out the banks wont work because for big gangs and those with huge bank accounts this whole mess will either repeat itself or the whinging will be directed elsewhere.

The problem has been identified and a solution will be in place in the future, you just have to deal with it or leave as you have "threatened" to do as a so called "beta tester".
