Well, there's a energy wall at Westin's ranch. It's a static object.
Why don't you make the ranch open for public by making this static object an actual gate, if you already changed the NCR map? Is Mr.Westin dead and don't want others to find it out? Or do i miss something and that's actually some kind of GM meeting centre/party house, not accessible for players?

Jokes aside, but consider this please as a suggestion, Mr. Lexx, even if it's not in appropriate section right now, i beg for pardon, moderators.

It's private property and as in Fallout 2, not everyone can walk around there.

Especially because there is nothing yet to do anyway.
