FIXES:
- Few hotfixes (animations, BoS armour, weather, minor things).

IMPORTANT:
- Run the updater.
- Clear the cache (as usual, this will clear the character password in the login screen)

this update just fix bugs from last update so dont get a boner :P

For the moment don't see nothing fixed...

New bug appears...

Can we have a bit more info on what got fixed? Like armor stats? Or is that going to be un-fixed in yet another update?
