Slightly weaker then normal CA but stronger then MA and LA

That would we no problem, that's only retexturing.

Nah it needs to be smallers then regular ca however it does resemble LA slightly so retexturing leather armor and making a helmet for it could work.

I suggest a Droog suit from Clockwork Orange. And the fitting hat.

Any chance for Fallout Tactics armors?
Or maybe even weapons?
