GM abuse? NCR bombing by vertibirds and stuff.

Again, I'm NOT saying that it is a gm that have done this, it was merely a candidate for the causer of this.

Obviously, it was Enclave, since only they have access to Vertibirds.

I've seen rusty do this but without the vertibirds

Rusty disappears and then several plasma bombs out of nowhere.

Also that time when some GM (or dev), not sure if it was Rusty, spawned 4 turrets in the bazaar, kinda funny except the fact I spawn at den 90% of the time.

With that being said, Rusty's gonna turn me into an egg next time he sees me. Brilliant.
