Suggestion is ok, but there shouldn't be a perk that's further increasing a critical chance. In that case everyone with 35% of critical hit will have a 100% chance to get a crit when shooting in the eyes from these weapons.
This applies if the targets armor is destroyed (100% det) or the target has no armor.

What's the difference between critical table and critical chance? IMO it's the same thing.

It's the same difference as More Critical and Better Critical.

crit table +5% == 5% more from 1d100 roll to determine dmg from crit

a guy with minigun + a guy with plasma pistol would own in a tc with that perk, one destroys armor, the other kills everyone without armor with a burst or a rocket. Imbalanced

The minigun is already THE crushing weapon, it deteriorate armors really fast. No need to have a shitty plasma pistol with it ;p

It is crushing your armor within 1-2 bursts. So, the third burst is lethal in most cases.

look i have a ew character and i have never seen a guy with minigun being really dangerous if it isnt at 1 hexe, and less one shooting 3 times since there is no more fast shoot. Actually the rls and the lsw are the weapons that make the bg a good choice. But as i said if a guy tries to shoot you 3 times you can instakill him, cripple him, or knockout him before he kills you. It can be handy against sg bursters, but not much more.

I could see this perk working if it were a bit nerfed and laid out in simple terms:

Crushing/Blunt perk: Does 2x-3x as much damage to armor.
This might make some melee builds fun.

I don't know about the flamethrower......

Lol. You mean instantly destroying the armor???
Then all armors would worth almost nothing.
Think a little bit. You have advanced power armor. Expensive like hell. Someone hits you with a crowbar, bye bye armor.
It can be made to deteriorate the armor for like 5-10-15%, but not instantly destroy it.

It's obvious to me, that you're not an experienced player. If you will be one, than you'll know that even NOW armor could be destroyed with a rocket or a plasma shot.

yep but when you destroy them with rockets or plasma shots you have to include the user too. (8)
