Scrapped Sniper build

Hey man, you ain't gonna get 91% chance with this build.
The critical chance formula is (60+4*luck)/100*AimBonus+BaseCriticalChance.
Aim bonus - 60% for eyes; Base Critical Chance - 6%(6 luck) + 10%(finesse) + 15%(3x MC) = 31%
So, let's calculate.

(60+4*6)/100*60%+31% = 0,84*60%+31% = 50,4%+31% = 81,4%

Just getting some things straightened out. For the other parts... Others already said it all.

ah thanks for the info. 81% hmm, still that a 4 outta 5. pretty darn good actually. thanks for the clarification.
what the others said didnt amount to much other than bringing up PVP builds and trolling.

Floodnik, why do you want to spoil Uber-Sniper build, real one-shot-killa ?

Who Killed Bambi:
BoS make 40---+++ dmg on centaur from minigun, how sniper rifle can make 400 dmg from 1 hit ?:(

I tried a new build out. You get 173 hp, 9 AP, 85-90 crit chance (depending on what perks you take) 225 sg, 118 fa and 100 doc.

ST: 2
PE: 10
EN: 4
CH: 1
IN: 6
AG: 8
LK: 10

Small Frame, Finesse

Awareness, More Critical, Better Critical, Life Giver, Life Giver, Weapon Handling, More Critical

If you take BROF, you get 85% crit chance but cheaper shots. Taking action boy will increase your AP regen but again will lower your crit rate. You can also substitute sharpshooter or magnetic personality for the last More Critical. Taking sharpshooter will give you a much bigger sight range (56), which can act defensively and offensively. Taking magnetic personality will give you room for 1 merc. Grab mutant for big ownages.
