guy, u can play with weak build, and have more fun, if yoo wannah kill all - dont make own builds, ask smbd for BG build.

Why do u even need STR  4/5 ?
I have a 95% chance to hit at max range with my sniper and I have STR 2.
Don't forget weapon handlings gives +3 effective, and whatever str points are left missing will be compensated by a high smallguns skill (>225), or drugs, depending on build.

Got sick of trolling... Finesse screwed the 4AG sniper build, oh yeah!

try a 2 shot EW sniper. You can usually get away with a build that doesn't need drugs but becomes super awesome after you do :)

OP had something interesting going on. Deviating from the common clone builds of 2238 would be cool.

You encounter,

3 generic pvp-drug sniper builds.
