10 Luck, 12 PE and at least 10 action points are a REQUIREMENT for a quite good sniper build .. I tested a lot of sniper builds of all kinds in fonline and i finally found the better one :) Maybe i'll make another build which will be better who knows :)

Duel my sniper, you can use burst as well, I'll use 10mm pistol. Marko on irc. Anytime I'm online.
