 This is a free beta for everyone. Being giving and inch and taking a mile. If players focus on cheating and exploiting a MMORPG, makes the game un-balanced and makes non cheating players work twice as hard just to keep up with "pro" players. These players I feel, personally are destroying this server. having to make Cool down timers for log outs.. crafting... gathering etc. all takes up valuable time in code design and changes the way the game is played.. If we always have to serve to cheaters, game will never truly be "realistic" or balanced.


If new players come to server. things grow, as of now.. the "pro" players do nothing but keep Devs busy fixing shit. instead of working towards more important goals. like 3d for example. These same pro cheating players hang shit badly on Game Moderators and masters for trying to stop them from cheating and alting etc.. when really.. these players need to be banned forever... If we got rid of some bad blood, not pointing at anyone directly.. we could have more balanced fair fun interesting more developed game. instead of exploited server that everyone wants wiped.. I could go on... But I just think these cheaters that keep cheating should be kicked off server FOREVER.
this way new player are more welcomed and not feel cheated.

Constantly banning people takes time too. Players find ways to cheat in the game, they find ways to bypass bans aswell. The game just has to be as cheat-proof as possible.

we need more people too, if the guys like Section 8 members kill every bluesuit on the game, it will be a server only for cheaters and pros
we need to make the game more newbi firendly and more cheat-proff to

this reminds me of a game called Project Blackout. they got a sistem where you have the check the game everytime you start it, it just went out of beta, but probably if our devs can talk to there devs we can make something similar that will keep hacking the game more hard

or if the devs can took a look at the 3rd party aplications and do the game incompatible to them, it iwll be ok too

Players aren't a problem. The game's broken. If it allows to camp a mining site with mercs then there is something wrong with the game not players. There is nothing like "bad blood" that's just your imagination Elvis.

Not necessarily. A player who doesn't cheat isn't automatically a good tester. He might just play the game without giving a damn about testing.

Most games need players, not to be destroyed within from a culture of counter-code production, such as destroying another persons work, this could be considered vandalism, Why should people time be wasted because its deemed important to "break" the mechanics of the engine. over and over again, time after time, the game will be different yet never rewarding due to counter productive efforts. Its unfair how the game works. Seems more rewarding to jump on a band wagon then to really turn the chapter on the "style"of play on the server.

On the side not, it´s human´s nature to cheat. If engine allows cheating, you will always have some players who do that. Moreover, these players are betatesting in way - they are exposing all methods of how to gain unfair advantage. Good game must be cheatproof. Also, like avv stated, cheating players can be in fact better testers than regular players. They are probably playing more, devoting their free time to this game, trying to find every exploit possible.

Permaban is not a solution. First, I´m not sure how do you want to ban players, it´s easy to avoid and can cause more problems. Furthermore, both players and the game evolve. In a year, game can look completely different and many players that were said to be offenders can change their mind (people do grow up).

Once the exploit is exposed there is no need to keep doing it, there could be a list of known exploits that will get you banned until they are fixed.
But I believe that if a player is going to be banned there must be at least 1 warning or make sure that his actions are absolutely intentional.

I am terribly sorry that you have never been human, or that European Union removed feeling of being human from most of the people, i.e. YOU. Anyway, we're postapo lovers, so we do not care bout that soon-to-be-dead culture.

Finding as many ways of earning benefits as possible (so called cheating) is part of being human, sorry dude, its true
