At junktown mine there are no guards and at hinkley there baril front of door and you can't enter. Is it normal?

Hinkley is having problems currently, as for the junktown mine i have no clue.

Just be happy hinkley is blocked off, and you cant get stuck inside it.

If Hinkley is closed there is nothing else to do... except crafting or swarm fights. Anyway, me and my squad of alts are inside Hinkley haha no one can stop me! We still fight!

there was few metal armors with lsw/laser rifle (and yes one brahmin and three bluesuits)

some "pro players" already abused that mine wiht mass super-mutants rocketmans. Instant death on screen loading makes anyone lame and low skilled.
