Its not the title of the reputation, the negative points are the value that makes you a KOS target. Don't know the exact number but it gets worse with ever negative reputation. First with Antipathy they tell you to put your weapon away in random encounters, then youre KOS in random encounters and with "hated" or "villified" youre KOS in towns.

Perteks:
KOS on encounters is from -300
KOS in town from -1500

1) Question about Req ST penalty.

for example: i have  ST = 4
And i am using hunting rifle - targeting eyes

As i know because of that i receive -20% penalty to my sg skills

What i need to negate negative effects is only raise SG skill by additional 20%.

Will i feel any additional negative effects? Like less critical chance? Penalty for crit tables??

2) Does perk "more critical" give any bonuses in crit tables? Or it is as same as +1 Luck ( when considering aimed eyes shot)

Only more likely to drop the gun but that's still a rare thing when you got alot of SG skill.  150+

[/quote] =% chance to get a critical hit is what it gives.  No bonuses to damage just more chance to get a chance to do more damage :>.

Crazy:
St penalty add more crit failure, but it have a chanec to happen only when you miss anyway, so it stay very rare.
