What is the fastest and easiest way to raise reputation with The Hub?

Is there any way to simply let someone drug you without forcing the "somebody tried to drug you with something!" notice? I'm down with -4 HP and my buddy has weak healing powders, which of course has a -1 Perception effect as well so it counts as a bad drug.
