Don't ignore ST bonus, it works like weapon handling because of +3 ST, so it's not only like BA but also free perk. But if PA will be so rare, it will be strange to make builds for it ^_^

I remebre that i had special build for Bozar in past season. So i dont think it will be something strange in making special build, anyway Stonelol perk need 6ST.

It's false. Each time cajuns got a PA during pas sessions, we used them in battles.

Check out how often NCR ranger armor is used in real combat. :p There are still 12 items in the game- since months.

Has anybody here ever gotten a knockout with his burst? I occassionaly get knockdowns but nothing more. ;D
Also, how does "Better Criticals" affect bursts?
