As far as i know both male and female trappers can be lvld up to lvl 21. if they increase in skill i dont know.

For unarmed weapons, like Power Fists or Brass Knuckles, yes. But for just being "unarmed" without any weapon, no.

(Only unarmed weapons get the +20 boost)

Anyone know if Mercs/Slaves use Stims on their own if you give them some into the inv?
