Finesse can be complete garbage although if your just going for a crippler instead of a killer it's quite nice.

does fast shot have any effect on burst ap costs?
so if i kill the wrong humans in random enc then like a town gets pissed at me no?
are tehre good humans to kill for treasure without people getting pissed at me?
