how much repair skill  (including a toolkit) is enough to be able to repair all small guns successfully ?
and is that possible to fully repair a gun with it?

For crafted guns which weren't repaired to many times 150% should enough.
But guns from encounters have random number of repairs already and so are harder to fix.

The shopkeeper window keeps closing on me as i browse, now i cant open it at all, is there a fix for this?

Exit from game and run it again.

Hector C:
The shopkeeper window keeps closing, I can open it now after restarting, but I only have like 7 seconds to buy something.
