Reiniat:
what are the formula for determine % of hit at X range, with Y skill, and Z perception?
and what are the penalizations for shot to the differents parts of the body?
i use search and wiki and i didnt find it
i already know the chance to hit
--- Quote --- add (PE-2)x16% for all long range weapons(i.e. with a range of 26+) that were already implemented in FO 1, or are upgrades of these weapons, (PE-2)x8% for the rest.
- The scoped hunting rifle gets (PE-2)x20% instead of the x16% if you shoot at a target that is at least 5 hexes away, or no PE-bonus at all for closer enemies.
- It seems the other newly implemented long range weapons in FO 2 are bugged, they only get the (PE-2)x8% while all long range weapons from FO 1 had the (PE-2)x16%. (most weapons were implemented in FO 1, but if in doubt, google your weapon of interest)
- deduct 4% per hex between you and your target.
- deduct 20% for each point of ST missing to use the weapon properly.
--- End quote ---
it says little things about distance but dont say any formula...
EDIT:uh i already get it, my bad english again

Reiniat:
with Laser Pistol:
Objective: Mole Rat 35HP
-112% EW
-8 Perception
-Range 20
Formula: (weapon skill)+([Per-2]*8%)-(4*Range)
(112%)+([8-2]/*8]-(4*20)
112+48-80=80
80% chance to hit, tough it shows 72% in pant.
also Molerat have 6AC, but it means 74% and i think it dont be add in pant indicator
line of sight is free what i do wrong? or wikia is wrong?

Probably critters were changed, may be molerats became more evil and now have 8 AG so 8 AC, so you have on 2% less than it should be. I can't remember how many hexes they are walking, because fighting them in TB was session ago, so can't remember how much AP they have.
It's easy to check. Just go into TB, and check %to hit with bare hands, if you have not high %unarmed. Then just see difference of %to hit and %skill, and you'll see thier AC.
Or, you can watch how many hexes they walk in TB and see thier AP, so you'll know ~number of AG +/- 1.
After that, when you'll see that they have not 8 AC, you may say that formula is wrong and it'll be a bug!
Edit:
Tested, molerat has 6 AC.
Then formula isn't right, or you have on 2% more skill.
Or there's something else that not mentioned in formula that deduct 2%.
