so, i live vc faction some time before, make base, then join BoS without leaving faction(no longer faction member, just see base), now i join VC back without dissmiss from BoS in sf, sure i m no longer BoS, i dont see any word about my previous faction when talking with npc. is it a bug ?

Is it only old cars you can see now or is it every car you can see on world map?

Cars you have just recently, since the last update, put in random-encounter map should be "safe" - as it was pre-update. (Of course, players can still rarely encounter your car, for the 10-15 minute duration, whatever it is)
