i am sure that most of you are tired at 2am so you goto sleep next morning all towns are takin by another faction, so i say if the devs wont fix it ...

Fix what? Fix fucking what? Oh I have an idea: devs should ask the governments of all countries to change their time so they all match with GMT :D or maybe just ban everyone who doesn't live in Europe?

Good proposal Brad Small.

But it seems impossible to make people only attack on some periods. There will always be people frustrated  to not having the city after the timetable has passed, and who will take the city anyway.

Maybe with game mechanics adjustment.

(like unallow the town capture if there is less than 5 player of the faction owning the city, on the server)

Have you thought a little before writing this. I doubt. I will create a char named "Tsar of BH" then once captured, it will be mine forever.

Most have a real life,kids,wifes,work and so on and cant tc 24\7.

Asking people to only tc at a set time is just plain dumb.People tc when they can and want and that will never change.

Should we exclude smaller gangs that live in asia for example (Taiwan gmt-8)

No the time is now 23.45 gmt+1 you cant tc now. But why? No because i want it so  ::)

What about if towns overtaking wasint just one time but was 3 parts (or more/less)?

I mean, right now you go start the timer and in 15 min town is yours. What if each Town was splitted in parts. Like say Redding for exemple:

1. Mines
2. Bank
3. Sheriff

Now, when you take over the mines, the town is not over taken, only 1/3 of the town. There is also a cooldown that is lets say 1-2 hours between the parts. So, You can take 1. Mines, it takes 15 mins, and you have to wait 1-2 hour before you can proceed to next part. The Town that owns 2/3 of town gets the caps, the town that controls 3/3 of the town controls militia and caps. This could lead to some more extended fighting.

Not just side swaping each hour of the town, but acual Battles of Towns. This would also give a lot more ability of gang in control to react. One could even extend this to more parts and lower time limit. The fights for Total control of towns would last sometimes even days, but, will also be harder to loose. If we took 5 parts for exemple, the attacking faction would need to win 2-3 times per day in 2-3 days. That would also make "Battles" and "Wars", you can win a battle but need to win many battles to win the war.  ::)

i like that idea but what about BH and redding the sherrifs and banks are very close to eachother

I was a proposal about game mechanics adjustment. It could be something else, like kkt idea.

TTTLA doesnt need to do TC, they already control one cosy little place inside Brad Smalls head.
