O'k let's discuss this piece-of-art in Energy Weaponry.
What we know now? It's expensive, but farmable.
And it is ridiculous useless as weapon.

An H&K L30 Gatling Laser. Designed specifically for military use, these were in the prototype stage at the beginning of the War. Multiple barrels allow longer firing before overheating. Powered by Micro Fusion Cells.
Damage    20 - 40
Burst    AP: 7, Range: 40, Rounds: 10 ST7

My heart asks this weapon to be plasma type. Gatling Plasmer? But I doubt developers will listen to such opinion

First of all, anyway it needs damage boost. Let make it like laser rifle 25-50.  Now gatling does less than 100 dmg point blank to metal armor.

Second, it need Penetrate perk

Third, I suggest it's bust should not spread in 3 lines.  It is a laser after all and don't have recoil. This way we will get more concentrated fire to  target and
whoever behind or in front of.

Not sure about range, but 40 seems ok, as laser have extended range over other weapon types in FO

If implemented and balanced right, we will get a new, extremely deadly but expensive weapon for TC and whatever.

Already suggested many times (boost to gatling laser I mean)... Still not answered.

I don't understand the constant removal of items like power armors, vindicators, etc

If they're OP, why not just nerf them a bit and put them in game? if they're useless, making them a bit more powerful and adding them.

Usually as time goes on, MMO devs add more stuff, not remove...

right now were in beta stages (correct me if wrong). but what you just said is so damn true!

O'k forget about gatling plasmer. Just read the rest: (damage increase, penetrate, no dividing burst in 3)

I agree the part what you said about the bullet spreading - Laser doesn't do any recoil and a laser never changes it's trajectory unless mirrors and such stuff is used (Tesla armor is shiny :P). Maybe Tesla armor will finally be used somewhere.

There needs to be a level above the "top" level as incentive to reach the high ranks of factions, or complete hard/complex quests.

Having said that, I think the Gatling is really waiting for a fix to the encounter system so they can be given to Enclavers without them then being really easy to farm.

Solar, will be Gatling available to players? If yes, and it will much more hardly obtainable, then it definitely need buff up, how do you think?

Gatling story is long as FOnline, its a toy from begining, and it will be like it coz DEVs thinks that players need some toys :/

Well, 600HP, an APA, good skills and special, 10 AP, buffed gatling laser, avenger (if not they were not toys), plasma rifle instead of pistol, at least patrol of 5 guys ---> not easily farmable !
