This suggestion covers one of five exit grids in Klamath, that has no name. It is the only exit grid in North PvP cities, that allows you to exit town but, without threat from players on WM.
Nowadays, this exit grid is largely abused. If gang wants to safely leave the city, they will surely choose this exit grid, because there is no way to ambush them or at least preview it.

I think it's fine, Hunting ground entering is close enough to stop player going out, it only prevent mass mercenary spam to be effective.
