Updater cant download my fo2238config and fonline2238.cfg files so cant configure binds for keys anyone got same problem ?

My team mate can't launch FO2238Config.exe. He has this error:

Tried to reintall and update client... and nothing. Still the same error. Is there any way to fix it?
P.S. What should I do with a meat jerky? I can't eat it. (it was said in server message)

I have the same problem, I created a FO2238.cfg, copy pasted all lines from a friend to have feature working.

Well, you didn't understand, it wont make ya able to run FO2238Config.exe, but it will allow you to have features working in game.

Ok, problem solved. You need to install framework 4 for it.
