Actually, I see more frag user than plasma user (well, I don't see many grenade users anyway, but that's another thing). Because frag have now a correct damage and knockdown ability.
I think it have been removed of plasma cause of spam of huge damage and unability to ripost at same time causing to be sure death of ennemy would result without any chance of ripost. Now that AP cost have been raised, and general AP lowered, I think it would bring back interest of grenaders if they were able to KD the target with plasma nades, without causing too much risk of imbalancing.

Or why not to remove KD from frag grenades  .

If we want to prevent permaspam of grenades, KD should be derived from SPECIAL. Not harsh conditions, but for example 10 agi guy should be able to avoid KD from time to time. Then Im for KD for plasmas

I thought that was endurance?  Since when did strength count against knock downs?
