U reading my mind, dude. Let say that those bikes come from and old pre-war military storage and were never used before. Not everything in the wastelands must be junk-made ;)

Even a plane or anything that stands in a hanger for 60 100 years rusts.
At least the paint needs to look more "old"
i get that you want stuff to be "new".
But at least in my mind the paint needs to look old as no paint holds forever, even if they say so when you buy it hehe ;)
