Yep the new picture of the rusted one looks better. The only thing I see right now as another problem is the shadow on the side we see. The shadow seems to cover the whole side of the bike that we see.
Maybe limit the shadow to only certain parts, making it about the same brightness as the cockroach that you compare it to.
