How much can a brahmin carry and how much can the medium and large caravans carry.

There is a limit in brahmins carry ability? O.o I was almost sure that they ability to cary items is no restricted...

as i know Brahmins have no limit..(i think  ) for Caravans i don't know.

Brahmin have carry weight of 14949, which is maximum in the game, but not limitless.

Well you can have a caravan and 1 Charisma if you just use Mentats to buy the caravan. You need Charisma for a brahmin.

Other than that, yes brahmin is better as just portable storage, except that caravan is lockable.

Right. Just like unlimited Buggies, Highwaymen, Scouts, etc... The caravan cart is technically a car.

Sure you could buy brahmin but i prefer to rope them for the heck of it.

You can either tame the brahmin or buy them from a "brahmin herdsman", near brahmin pens in cities such as NCR. You need at least 3 Charisma to buy/tame the brahmin.

The caravans can be bought by:

You can buy carts from Paul in NCR (in the bazaar, where your car would park in the fallout 2 game). Talk to him with enough caps in your inventory and one brahmin (to pull the cart) following you and you'll be able to buy a cart. The cart will spawn right after that behind Paul's shop, and you'll have a key in your inventory. Be careful of players near by that might try to steal your key or lockpick  your caravan cart and vanish into the wasteland.

Alternatively you can go to Junktown and talk to John Boy to buy or sell a cart. John Boy is located left of Darkwaters General Store.

Its not just brahmins, all NPCs can carry a lot.

Caravans have one big advantage and that is, they can be accessed by several characters, not just 1
