What is the best build for a BigGuns pvp character?
Does it need to be high critical chance?

Small frame and whatever else you want (i took good natured)
(fast shot is useless for burst)

perks:
toughness x2
bonus ranged damage x2
life giver x2 (level 12 and level 15 VERY IMPORTANT)
and maybe living anatomy if ya want bonus to doc and +5 to damage after armor check (you need 60 doc to take this perk)

tag skills:
BG (get to 200 or 220 if you wanna use minigun and rockets)
FA and DOC

if you wanna burst twice in a turn use:

6 6 6 1 6 10 6
but you'll need bonus rate of fire perk and action boy x2 (need 12 AP to burst twice in a turn instead of former 10)

for max hp i'm guessing your looking for like 250ish... 253 is max with 10 str, 10 end and life giver x2

but try....

7 5 10 1 6 6 6

toughness x2
bonus ranged damage x2
life giver x2 (lvl 12 and lvl 15)
action boy, make up for 8 actionpoints

at lvl 21 you will have 250 HP

IMO a big gunner you doesn't have bonus ranged damage x2 or toughness x2 isn't really affective

instead of one toughness, take stonewall perk, or snipers will knock you down. second toughness is not needed this era.
