My personal feelings dont matter there. Well, if someone declared a war and attacks me everytime he comes to NCR, then we fight, though.

Perhaps if critcal hit tables were altered to J.E's dogma, combat would be more interesting and instead of "POINT N' CLICK PRO SKILLZ"
I mean to all those badass raiders that think clicking on someones' online persona involves any sort of skill and grief on the receving party must be as delusioned as any anyone in real life thinking small arms takes any skill to use.
