Genocide at NCR

I'm pretty much sure those nerfs were not related to newbies at all.
If you score 100 crit instead of 200 crit, you will still have almost guaranted kill on any newbie.
However it changes game for high-level and gear pvp, where original weapons, stats and items were balanced with power armors and singleplayer nature of game, they had to do something, and I don't think they're done yet.
I'm sure there was good deal amount of players enyoing blues being shot ( as there were definetly enough of players who did not like it ), but if no action is taken it will possibly only result in daily griefing and in better cases gang fights.

Well, now I'm getting killed at NCR even with armor on and the irony was they were the same people but they were bluesuits. They are probably killing me because I made this thread.
