Since it is General Discussion, i am posting that here.
I am certain, that most of you already saw the Mr. Long Hair Dude with 13 on his back, Larry Rotgut.
Who the hell is he? He is logged ALL THE TIME! Never goes (off)! Always logged, always in NCR.
I am certain that this may be a bot, but why logged all the time? That doesnt make sence.
Is he, a god? His living is uncertain to anyone but him..
