Problem starting game

I installed the game installed Fonline and updated correctly. My buddy who plays this got all this done right.

Now my problem is when i click to play a screen pops up really fast then disappears. It doesn't give me any warnings as to why. I'm using windows vista so shit has been pretty complicated. Any help would be appreciated.

You guys can close this thread. I was helping my buddy try and install this game but windows vista is FUBAR.
