Merc Perks based off of professions

It makes no sense that you cannot teach your mercs something that you are an expert in to help them kill better or survive longer. This is aimed at fixing that.

For each level of sg crafting you have your mercs gain +10% to sg skills (I'll be thinking of better ideas)
Each level of armorer increases regular DR 5% and +1 to regular DT
Doctor lvl 3...this one is hard since merc FA is pointless and they don't doctor themselves possibly a lesser version of living anatomy that gives +2-3 dmg
Each level of BG gives them a +1 dmg per bullet (lesser version of BRD)
Each level of EW 10% skill again i guess (ill be thinking of better ideas)
Demo expert (doubt I've ever seen one of these so i have no idea at all really maybe a level of pyromaniac? if it affects grenades)

This bonuses should not be freely given but should actually become a perk that the merc takes every 3 levels or in the case of Doctor 3 lvl 9. I was thinking about a higher crit chance by a couple of percent total for SG or EW experts but honestly 5 mercs get crits often enough as it is.

I really like it, but most slavers are Doctors, what about doctor 1 and 2?  you only mentioned 3. :(

Indeed, it could be +1 dmg per lvl on the doctor ranks but i need help thinking of them all, share your ideas.

so I think that the bonus you may give depend from your profession but from your speech skill too

(under 100 ) nothing

100 - 150 a little bit

150 -200 more

200 - 250 more

over 250 very much ( so maybe we will have another skill back in the game)

so I think that the bonus you may give depend from your profession but from your speech skill too

(under 100 ) nothing

100 - 150 a little bit

150 -200 more

200 - 250 more

over 250 very much ( so maybe we will have another skill back in the game)
You know i have to agree, this would be very nice... but profession should give skill bonus too as well though.

Those requirements might be a little steep considering the profession requirements are still needed and that with 250 speech is near impossible.

well a dumbass might accidentally teach you have a point, but most leader have 6-7 INT so that shouldn't be a problem :P.

Aye, maybe 50-75 little bit 76-100 lil more, etc. every 25 points it get more better.

Good to see a few people like this suggestions, it won't makes mercs overpowered and the fact of the matter is the AI will always hinder a merc leader.
