Hi, I'd like to get some offers for a build which would be effective at killing and killing fast. I'm not a trading kind person and I would prefer farming XP and caps by killing things. I'm talking about those 10 LK build and so and I don't want it to be a spoil. Thanks.

As it sounds like like you are a beginner i would suggest you a SG build first.

Sniper. 1 aimed Sniper rifle shot per turn, going for high damage and critical hits, low on HP and suvivability, but at long range good for PVP:
5 9 4 1 6 6 10, traits small frame and good natured (or finesse for cripple build)
Awareness. All more crit perks and better crit perks, livegiver, maybe sharpshooter.

Burster. Up to 6 shots or 3 bursts per turn with P90, more HP, tougher and better for PVE:
4 6 6 1 6 10 6
2 Bonus ranged damage, bonus rate of fire, 2 action boys, Toghness and Livegiver.

One last question:How about skills? How much SG and other skills? I've read that FA/Doc or Outdoorsman is used mostly.

More % = more chance for hitting. For snipers and their aimed shoots it is must have to get skill over 200%. For fastshooters 140-150% is fairly enough.
