- Louis Salvatore as boss.

Maybe these 4 can sometime show us some Gang wars in New Reno?
So i mean that they can anytime started to shoot each other gangs (you too, if you try to help other gang)

Local guarded areas in Reno are in my opinion much more important. When casino bouncers will guard the casino (like guarded cities' guards), when Salvatores will guard the Salvatores' bar, etc; with the street left unguarded, then New Reno will look like a real gang town - and will still remain mainly unsafe.
With this system, it is possible that your idea runboy would be made, but by players - having great reputation with some gang would lead to special privileges in this faction area, for example. Gang wars!
