His gang consists of LagMaster, Mabus' alt, Mabus, Mabus' alt, Mabus' alt.
So... just add all his alts to list, and if you'll see Аутпост spamming at NCR (24/7) and Armor/Himik running at VC at the same time, just report it, I think he'll be banned again. It'll atleast stop this damned spam at NCR, I'm tired of killing him, because it makes chat unreadable. Right now in his gang is only he and LagMaster, everyone else is kicked because they wanted to rob him (everyone wants).
Also, Аутпост simply shouting messages automatically (macros/bot), he's afk most of time, he has no radio (because he's dying often).
Someone sending the same messages on radio channel 0 and it's not Аутпост, prolly he's in base or VC, so, just find him and everything will be ok.. if he's inside base.
But better make new alt, get 10 EN, make some lvls, and then join his gang and steal everything again.

nice beta-testing spambots and detecting them. i recommend appropiate actions by the games authorities. Can't be that NCR used to be a place to meet chill and relax... chilax! Don't want spammers there

And for your own information "namenotfound":
-Pk = Player Killer = somebody who kills a Player.
-AntiPK = Anti Player Killer = Player Killer, because they kill Player who kill the other Players. And when we kill Player Killer we are a Player Killer also, because the Player Killer who kill a Player first, is a Player too.

So PK = AntiPK.
So check all the characters of the server and put them in your list. That's easy to do.
