HtH needs only small buff up in resistances and dmg and it would be good in pvp (yeah those bluesuits killing people with Avengers?), really in FOnline they are useless but in FoT....
I'am also playing with HtH build and its great against mobs (from mutated molerats to maruders).

Totally agree with you Saumax.
That's why i never done HTH build, because they cannot survive battle against weapon armed players.

Autorun after aiming would boost HtH and meeles a lot. Thats the only thing HtH needs. Try fighting sniper vs. someone HtH using FOCDs autorun.

Ok, lets say that he shoots first shot and then what? He either runs out of town, which is not always possibility or have to stay for ap regen. In close quarters HtH has some preety decent chances. I am not saying that they will become killmachines, but after all they are unarmed, they shouldnt statisticly win over armed guys.

hth guy has full AP , gunuser shoots , 0 AP - hth arrived infront of gunuser (if not onehitted), try to restore AP now while you get a powerfist in your eyes and running wont bring you AP back. Whole thing why nobody is using hth in PvP is because a gunuser is far more manouverable and also you never reach and enemy with hth because they are always killing you as they are usally overpowered builds or too many shooting at you the same time.

but yes i also think gun > hth. But hth is fun and it feels great to kill someone with a gun with it (either NPC or PC)

One HtH vs One other is very hard
Two HtHs vs tow others is hard
Three HtH vs three others is medium
Four HtHs vs four others is "ok"
Five HtH vs fives others... Its very strange but fun i guess.

I can beat a pistoler build pretty easly, and a sniper too if I attack close enough.
The situation isn't so good with bursters though.
