-Taking Weapon Handling means you GOT TO sacrifice Action boy, Bonus Rate of Fire, or one Lifegiver. That's why I wouldn't use this build... Anyway I would personally sacrifice Action Boy.
-You need to take Weapon Handling to use Assault Rifle/FN FAL, as these weapons requite a Str of 5.
-No matter how important Weapon Handling is for you, you should always choose Lifegiver at level 12 (and 15 if you are getting two levels of this perk), as this will give you more hit points than taking the same perk at a higher level.
