So, with 10 agility, two action boys, and jet, I can fire a minigun twice, correct? Also, does Heavy Handed only reduce the critical hit tables of HtH attacks? One more, is it worth it to get Better Criticals if I am only shooting the torso?

Oh yeah, how high a percentage should I get Big Guns if I only have 6 perception and I shoot torsos?

minigun need 7 to burst with 10ap and 2 from action boy and 2 more from jet u should be able to fire twice take abes advice and take brof and u wont need to use jet or waste 2 perks for action boys. :) good luck

Bonus Rate of Fire doesn't affect burst, silly goose.

hmm dude am sure it does try it if u dont believe me with another account fast shot does not work with burst but brof does i know it takes 5ap to burst without it with  10mm smg but with it takes me 4ap allowing me to burst and reload with 10ap :) if am wrong and a dev says your right ill let u kill me point blank with minigun ;D

Alright, I'll take BRoF, but how high should I raise Big Guns? Would it be better to take one toughness or pack rat? I ask because I don't know if I need the extra weight capacity for big guns. My strength is at 5.
