My character has, or will have, 8 perception and Fast Shot. He's going to use Big Guns and I'm wondering how high I should put Big Guns. What percentage will give me 95% hits from my max 8 perception view range; remember, I can only target the torso? Is 8 excessive? Also, if I get two Bonus Range Damage, will that make minigun bursts seriously deadly?

But I'll be able to fire a bozar twice with two action boys and 10 agility.

Surf:
The Bozar is a Single Shot Sniper Rifle. You won't be able to make aimed shots with Fast Shot.

Ganado:
8 is too much for an unaimed BG bulid. I suggest 6 to be able to get BroF.

Do you actually have many Bozars? They are very rare in this game. I wouldn't bother making a build around one...

Yes, 2 BRD helps burster damage a lot.
