Just started the game and i'm geting killed every 15min. My idea is to make a pk list. So fresh player will know who to avoid.

Sadly, the end of NameColorizing killed this LCR. But we still think about publishing a list, tough without NC, it's far less usefull...

Anyone armed will be shot.
Anyone unarmed will be considered Bruce lee and shot.
Anyone laying on the ground with <0HP will be considered highly-trained VSB (known PK) and shot.
