A couple npcs that should be enslaveable...

Trappers near Redding.

those Marauder girls around ncr. (USED to be enslaveable prewipe, idk wtf happened)

Followers of the Apocalypse around adytum etc.

And lastly, I would LOVE to see one or a couple types of mercenaries from Mercenary encounters around San Fran enslaveable, so far, nothing over there is enslaveable, which SUCKS.

For the wandering mercenaries, after killing all but one, they could yell something that would stop the battle and offer to join you for a price (or for free with high speech/barter/CH).

I enjoy enslaving (or at least trying) to enslave anything i find whether it be man woman child or ghoul so i support this  8)

That would actually be... very very interesting.. and these Mercenaries that join you, you could give to the mercenary recruiter, and join it with Slaver Snipe's suggestion and lower the cost of mercenaries as well!!  :D

Slaver/Merc leaders shall support each others ideas forever! (or at least until i get 5 lvl 21 supermutants at which point i shall ignore all suggestions and just kill all powerbuilds)...and cry when a sniper gets an instant crit on one.
