I'm not talking about hacking now, but about abusing it like admins sometimes abuse their privelenges... Everyone can do that, but if he's doing that in too big scale, the way he shouldn't be doing, it's called an abuse.
I was quoting Izual's post, not yours. My answer had nothing to do with your post actually ;)
