New quest for make some caps

Yeah yeah nad make 999xxx charasters with 7 charisma or higher then earn a lot of cash. - stupid idea thought on Toilet (sorry for being angry).

I think you don't understand this quest. NPC will win diffirents caps 1000-5000 (maybe 5000 should be lower than 5% or your real life luck?). This quest don't need making lots of alts because you can earn more money to Town Control, selling items or other.
- charisma 9 - 450 caps <- this should be around 75% so it won't be very mega pro easy ear cash.
To all: I will make new quests ideas tomorrow and add it in this topic.

It says that player can make XXXXX alts then earn by "bringing his cash" but not to him but to his pocket ;)
I mean that someone (or gang) can easy get the Cave by doing something like this (30 characters - so 10 characters each 1 people in gang and they have cash for cave) sorry but this idea is not good.

Yes but you can lost more caps if you take 100 and don't give him. You can make Vault City quest fo collect rents and there're 500 caps I think. Maybe this quest isn't correct but I write only how it can work. We can balance/corect it. We need more ways to get caps. I thinking about quests for talkative player (speech), outdoorsman, traps, crafting, sneaking etc.

Sorry but players always thinks like wild angry animals - they always think about their good - they will make EVERYTHING to get that caps - and there we got BIG problem - called ALTS.

Why not "more" caps in raiders, traders or patrols pockets'?
