New quest for make some caps

More caps in traders, raiders and patrol pockets are good too. I think we should make something in more ways like old Fallouts. I don't like linear system when it's only one way to do something...
Ok back to topic, everyone who want write quest - don't be shy write here. :)

The quest exists, its just Never available to most people cus it's cooldown goes for everyone.
I've only ever done it once and made 2000 caps.

The dialog application is said to be easy to operate. Id say I am able to write dialogues but whenever I see quest dialogues or NPCs dialogues I feel as it has fallout spirit and are done by some master :D So I dont dare to try. Maybe somebody native could correct (Im not)
